In my work, I am drawn to exploring the natural environment; in an urban setting I look to see how nature embraces, frames or obscures the man-made. In a tropical setting, I study how the various elements combine to create patterns and moods through form and color. In both, painting allows me to reshape and manipulate the actual conditions and bring the viewer into my field of vision. More Info » (PDF)
